The boy has a damn good face and fucking hell as much as I hate that Supernatural = The Dean Show more often than not I'd like for them to TELL us something rather than just "Here's a Dean. There's a Dean. Everywhere a Dean Dean."

Ugh, I do not know and actually I didn't even hear the guy say it I just heard the "mud" part and thought he had said, "Mud blood." and was thinking "...Seriously? Angels are quoting Harry Potter?" but then I read a few posts and he didn't say that and so I'm thinking that they got it from Harry Potter and Darwin.

Sammy doesn't get enough love, it's true. I'm guessing future eps will pay attention to his pain when Dean was gone SOMETIME soon? *huffs* I think we will slowly find out what is up with Dean. Kripke usually rewards the fans with new info every ep :)

I think mud monkey came from God creating Adam out of mud/dust, and all humans being nothing but dust. There's also a Bible verse that says something like, "from dust you were made and to dust you will return."
