Okay. Today is the day that I quit smoking. Again. I did it for three years before and I only took it up again for about 3 months, so it should be easy right? RIGHT?! Oh, God. *rocks back and forth*  I want to smooooooke.

Yeah. I also heard that if you just constantly refer to yourself as a non-smoker, not just someone who's quitting, that helps too. I guess psychologically? I dunno.
