Okay. Today is the day that I quit smoking. Again. I did it for three years before and I only took it up again for about 3 months, so it should be easy right? RIGHT?! Oh, God. *rocks back and forth*  I want to smooooooke.

Good luck on quitting smoking! This might be the most useless advice ever, but a friend of mine swears snacking on raisins alleviated his desire to smoke when he quit ... but I know raisins are, uh, kind of an acquired taste. :P
