This is a post about whining, unlike my other posts which are always filled with joy. :p

*kicks at icons*

I'm hoping to post the ones I made from 3.03 today if I get them done. There's over 50 so far because I couldn't and can't stop and I didn't even icon the one scene. And I'm probably not iconing another certain scene.

And chances are I'll maybe get two comments on them and that's fine, I guess. I just. I dunno. (ps. That's not a hint to go running and comment on the icons if/when they're posted - just stating the facts, ma'am.)

Sometimes I'll see people using icons that I've made but they didn't comment and I wonder, is taking an icon without commenting the same as reading a fic without leaving feedback? ~ I think they're pretty much the same thing. And it sucks. I know that if I created either icons or fic and I posted them and I didn't receive comments when people read/saved/enjoyed/whatever, it would kind of bum me out. Maybe it's not supposed to be about comments but the whole point of posting is to share with others, which sort of is a two way street. Which is where feedback comes in. Did that make any sense at all?...

AND. Speaking of icons, I just want to let you know: I only have a handful of favorite icon makers in this fandom, and you are definitely one of them. And I'm telling you this for no other reason than because it's the truth. Just consider it general feedback. : )

And it's late so I can use that as my excuse when or if I feel like a dorkouche (a dork/douche) about posting this. I was actually just thinking about you and my icons, thinking about how you always (I think it's always) comment on them and that I'm thankful for that but you hadn't said anything about the latest batch and 'Oh, hmm. Guess she doesn't like these ones. I wonder why?' But I can't you know, ASK you that because that's ridiculous.

Also? That's not in any way shape or form a hint for you to comment on the icons it's really okay if you don't like them.

Here's the thing: I've somehow fallen behind on saving icons this last week or so. I don't have any saved/uploaded for 3x03 or 3x04 yet. I'm planning on getting to that this evening, hopefully. I have over 60 icon posts I've temporarily thrown into memories that I need to sort through. So. When you receive a comment later on your icon post, it's because I would have left you one anyway. And I'm going to do my best to not get behind again because it takes too long to get caught up once a couple of episodes have gone by. : )
