This is a post about whining, unlike my other posts which are always filled with joy. :p

*kicks at icons*

I'm hoping to post the ones I made from 3.03 today if I get them done. There's over 50 so far because I couldn't and can't stop and I didn't even icon the one scene. And I'm probably not iconing another certain scene.

And chances are I'll maybe get two comments on them and that's fine, I guess. I just. I dunno. (ps. That's not a hint to go running and comment on the icons if/when they're posted - just stating the facts, ma'am.)

Sometimes I'll see people using icons that I've made but they didn't comment and I wonder, is taking an icon without commenting the same as reading a fic without leaving feedback?

I feel ya. Honestly, the last SPN batch I did got a lot more comments than I expected, so I can't complain, but I put up a Dexter batch and it got 3 comments. And I was like... BOO YOU WHORES. I'll be honest though; I comment if I'm taking something from a new batch, but if it's more than a month old, I generally don't say anything when I take something. O_o Is that bad?

I think it's just been drummed into fandom more that it's the polite thing to do with fic...leave a comment if you enjoyed it. Whereas I think people might think that if they're taking the icons and crediting them

I totally agree with the "drummed into fandom..." bit but I'm not too sure about the other, I think it's okay if you happen to run into the person who's using your icon but if you don't then how do you know that they're enjoying it?

I KNOW! I got all dorky when I heard that too. My friend and I are going through Angel now, though it's a bit difficult to watch because it's hockey season and regular tv schedule season and yeah. Plus right now we just have seasons one and two. So yeah.

But I'm kind of confused because apparently Jared said that he golfed with Welling and Jensen is saying that he introduced Jared to golf and it'd seem like Jared would golf with Welling first since they knew each other before Jared knew Jensen. Unless Jensen's all, 'Let's golf!' and Jared went out with him and was all, 'Thanks, man. I had A BALL but I think next time I'm going to hang out with Welling.'

Jared said that? Maybe Jensen was so excited about teaching Jared golf that Jared didn't want to tell him he already sort of knew how to play.... I was going to say something more but Angel is almost naked and dripping wet and I'm having trouble concentrating on anything else.

Yeah maybe. I'm going to try not and focus on the little details and just on how Jared lost all his balls. The first image that popped into my head when I read the golf part of the interview was of Troy teaching Sharpay how to play in HSM2. Sad.

Boreanaz really has no problem with being shirtless on screen, does he? I like it.

It seems like more and more these days people just aren't leaving feedback. I know I had over two hundred views of my last video and I got a total of 35 comments. And yeah, it's not about comments and all that, but man, I LOVE comments!
