other than obvious things like food, water and oxygen. tweezers and chapstick (lip balm) are two things that I could never ever live without. if they are not near me (especially the chapstick) at all times, I tend to get a bit twitchy.

Some sort of lip treatment (chapstick, Hourglass, Jack Black, Fresh Rose, etc)
Oh and my xanax and soma - because anxiety attacks suck and so does pain :x

Other than that - my camera (point and shoot canon) and a jacket of some wort cause I always get cold no matter the season.

Xanax is probably a good thing to have with you if you need it. :/

Is it usually a light weight jacket that you can shove into a purse/bag, or do you just carry it over your arm?

I wish I didn't need the xanax so much - but at least it works.

For the jacket - during the summer it's something I throw in my bag, lightweight and waterproof or I'll carry my Wolf Pack (University of Nevada) zip up sweatshirt with me on my arm.
