other than obvious things like food, water and oxygen. tweezers and chapstick (lip balm) are two things that I could never ever live without. if they are not near me (especially the chapstick) at all times, I tend to get a bit twitchy.

100% on the chapstick, or some sort of lip product.
I have a few at my desk at work, like 10 in my bedroom, always one in my pocket, and probably 6 in my purse (plus the stuff that's with my makeup).

Some sort of lip treatment (chapstick, Hourglass, Jack Black, Fresh Rose, etc)
Oh and my xanax and soma - because anxiety attacks suck and so does pain :x

Other than that - my camera (point and shoot canon) and a jacket of some wort cause I always get cold no matter the season.
