A bit ago, there was a thing floating around my end of tumblr that said, "Reblog if you've ever cried over the death of a fictional character."

... Which. What? Are there people who haven't?

Have you never not cried over the death of a fictional character? Do you know anyone who hasn't?

Hell, I've cried over characters that I didn't even care about.

I think the worst one (so far) has been Warrick's death (CSI). I cried so so fucking much over his. And whenever they mention him on the show, even if it's just, 'I once had a partner...' I cry.

Every. Single. Time.

So. If you have ever cried because a fictional character died - Who was the worst for you?

Wash from Firefly/Serenity. When he died in Serenity I gasped out loud and then cried for so long that I had to pause the movie because I couldn't see it through my tears/comprehend what was happening.

Also, I cried a bit when Sherlock jumped off St Bart's Hospital in Sherlock. But that quickly turned around into me whispering "you little shit" at the tv screen 2.5mins later at the end of episode reveal.
