Most of the time it's Derek grabbing Stiles and throwing him against or down to any flat surface so he can have his way with him. But every now and then Stiles will boss Derek around and tell him to give him a god damn blow job. "I don't care if we're in a car ... Hell, I don't care if we're in church!"
