So, I tend to favour the more negative reviews when reading them on my flist because others are so much better at putting into words why something didn't work. But, I still read the positive ones as well because it reminds that, 'Oh, yeah. That was a good part.' or 'Okay, this is why I still watch the show.' I don't comment often because well, I don't really have anything to say other than, 'Right on.' or 'Me too.' And that's just lame. However, I don't read the reviews of those that say, 'I don't read anyone else's reviews because of blah blah blah.' I just think that's a bit silly. I get the whole 'don't harsh my squee, man' but a lot of times the 'negative' reviews have good points, yanno?

Yeah.

Right then. I really and I mean really did not like this episode for a variety of reasons.

- The mocking of Twilight.

Now, I personally think that Twilight is bad and it's not wrong to mock it ... it's just. Do the writers really need to stoop that low? Do they have no original thoughts left? And why now? Why so late to the game?
And naming characters Kristen and Robert? Fuck you.

- Bieber and Hanson.

I refuse to believe that Dean knows shit about Snow White and other fairy tales but knows who the hell Bieber and Hanson are. That's just dumb.

- Their faces.

A lot of people, it seems feel that Jensen is the better actor. I disagree. I think both of them are mediocre and sometimes fairly decent. Not tonight. They both were, and I don't even really know how, over-acting and chewing on scenery with their stupid faces. BE MORE SUBTLE.

- Dean.

I wish I liked or cared at all about Lisa but I really don't. And Dean's phone call to her and then grinning like a giddy smitten school girl after ... just rubbed me the wrong way. Hmm, there were probably other things that bothered me about him but I don't remember what they were.

- Motherfucking Sam Fucking Winchester.

Ugh. What the fuck, mate? Now, Sam is still my favourite of the Winchesters. But this fuckery needs to be explained and then ended. I'm kind of hoping that's Sam's been hypnotized or something. Because I just don't get it, I really don't. I'd be all for an Evil!Sam if he just whipped out and was evil. This lame ass ... whatever the fuck he is at the moment Sam is grating. If he is evil and this is how he's going about it ... I would not be surprised to see a really pretty 40 year old woman burst through his stomach/chest area.

But what I really dislike, is that a lot of people are going to really hate Sam now. I just hope that sometime in the future he's loved again.

- "Rapey"

Just, no. That was just in poor taste. And how is a vampire watching a girl sleep any more "rapey" than a fucking useless angel watching a guy sleep?

This episode was rather disappointing yes with a capital fucking D, excuse my language. I am not a very happy fangirl right now, especially with what the writers and Sera fucking Gamble decided to do with Sam!

I don't even recognise Sammich anymore and like you said WHO THE FUCK LETS HIS BROTHER BECOME ALL VAMPED UP AND JUST FUCKING WATCHES AND DOES NOTHING?

The real fucking Sam Winchester of not done that, I think when Sam returned from Hell something fucking happened to him down there that as fucking changed exactly who it is.

I hope Dean doesn't trust his brother. Sure, Sam drank demon blood and became addicted thanks to be fucking manipulated by Ruby and Season 4 but, this..just takes the cake.

All they want to do is scream at you, "If you don't love every single second, thing, whatever about it - why are you watching???" Then people give them a reasonable response and they get mad. I haven't liked but one ep this season - last week's Bobby ep - and tonight made me set a deadline. If this season isn't better by winter break, I'm out. One less viewer to bring in ratings.

Hahah, go you! I gave up on it once I finished the season 5 finale. Actually, that's how long I stuck it out until. I think I gave up on the show at least mid-season 5, maybe shortly after that.

If I'm honest, I gave up as soon as Castiuseless appeared on my screen at the end of 4x01. I'd always promised myself if I saw an angel on this show, I'd divorce myself from it. Oh ... stupid me. I thought maybe he really wasn't an angel. Hahaha. Then I was ready to quit then they said, "Hey, we're gonna have Christopher Heyerdahl as a guest star!" And I was, "FRICK! Now I have to keep watching."

By the time his eps aired, they were sure season five was the last. I sat through four seasons of The X-Files, waiting for it to get good again. I could stand one more season of SPN. Then they pulled this season six crap on me and, stupidly, I turned it on because I thought it might be okay. Since, you know, the Apocalypse/angelic crap being central was done with. Hahahahaha. Oh ... stupid me.

I thought the introduction of Castiel/the angels was a good thing, LOL. I even thought Dean being Michael's vessel and Sam being Lucifer's vessel was interesting, and I was so excited about it at the beginning of season 5, when it was revealed. But then they just... didn't even do it properly or something, I don't know.

The Twilight PUN didn't bug me.. not really, I see the novelty in it. and I think it was tied in ok-ish to the story line.. cause in fact it is true with the Twi-fandom. the "rapey" comment was a bit much, I agree.

I didn't fully catch all the other subtle pop culture references. because my whole brain was in "WTF SAM" mode the whole episode.

YES THIS! Sam is my fave ever and his actions in this episode just pissed me off beyond belief. I mean WHAT THE FUCK. Using Dean?! God. And then he had the nerve to lie to Samuel's face and go "yeah, I'm not using him, HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT" >:||||||||||||

I still love Sam and I always will but he just really pissed me off in this ep and I need to writers to rectify this shit. Then all will be well.

Word. It's no secret that there are tons of ppl out there who hate the character just for the sake of hating him. They didn't even need a reason for their hate. But now the show is providing them with one, so they could go all "ha, see? Knew it all along" And that pisses me off.

Other than that, I think this was one of the best episodes this season. Duno, but I really liked the whole scenario. Though, I wouldn't have had any problem if Dean would have snapped Lisa's and Ben's neck. Yeah, I know... I'm an aweful person.

I still love Sam, but I've been going "wtf" non-stop since this season began. THEY WON'T STOP TOYING WITH MY EMOTIONS. After last night, I'm choosing to believe it's really Lucifer in there, trying to go after the Alphas and...I dunno. Something.

Dean, when evil/bad/wrong, makes me hot under the collar, and you know I don't dig it, lmao. He's...yeah, I'm shallow, but when Jensen's as dick-ish as he can get, I think it's hot. It's only when he plays evil that I'm all, "GIVE MAMA MORE," which is disturbing on many levels.

I haven't liked a single episode this season. I've LOVED bits and pieces here and there, and really hated more than I've liked, but I've stuck with it this long...

Ya know, I remember saying that about Smallville, somewhere around season 7. "I'm not quitting NOW, after SEVEN FREAKING SEASONS!" Well, that lasted until last year, and now I don't watch it anymore, and that better not happen with SPN. What A WASTE OF TIME, omg.

If they kill off Bobby, I'll stick around. :D

But let me tell you something. If they have that dumb waste of human flesh FORGIVE DEAN after he HIT HER CHILD? I'm over it and sending shitloads of hatemail to Sera.

I like when Dean's evil but sometimes he does something with his face, and I think it's both when he's evil and/or being dickish that it just looks so ridiculous that I can't get on board. Like when he had that demon all tied up and was going to perform some dentistry on him. I wanted to enjoy Dean torturing someone (something) but he just looked so *stupid*.

Lisa really needs to GTFO and I don't even care how so if it's because Dean ... did whatever he did to Ben, that works for me.

I'm just in awe of the fact that you're still watching. I know someone who watches with the sound off, because they're pretty and you don't have to hear the ridiculous things they say. And she goes to the kitchen when Misha comes on the screen.

You may legitimately wonder why I wandered over to comment about a show I don't watch anymore, but it's a breath of fresh air to come in and escape from the "OMG DID YOU SSEEEE OMG!!" from ppl who honest-to-God, no matter how stupid the episode is, continue to LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SHOW NO MATTER WHAT. These are the same people who used to say "Trust the Kripke," and now that he's gone, you would think they really would get a clue... but then again, why would I even think that?
