Whoever's product the Remarkable Waterproof Mascara is. I wore contacts for ages, and you don't want mascara running down your face every time a speck of dust gets in your eyes.
Other than "waterproof," I'm not picky about mascara. I like this brand because it's water-resistant but comes off with soap-and-water, so you don't use oil/cream to remove it. Only the dark black is truly waterproof, though.
Question #2... Huh? I guess the answer to that would be "No," since I have no idea what you're talking about!
I don't have a lot of mascara needs, aside from waterproof and anti-clumping. Though this one has the traditional brush, and I prefer that.
So I probably can't help you there! I have long lashes already, but they're fine and straight. I use an eyelash curler to curl them, and then the mascara keeps them that way (and makes them more visible). That's about it. :0
