certainthingsI hases two questions about 5x02
"This isn't a hobby or an addiction. It's inside you now, this magic. You're responsible for it."
If Sam didn't need the feather and it was in him the whole time ... Why does he not have his mojo any more? I get that it took a lot out of him to kill Lilith but still, it should still be there. Shouldn't it?

Dean knows that there is a hell.
Dean knows that there are demons.
Dean knows that there are angels.
Dean knows that Lucifer is out there looking for work.
And yet he doesn't believe in God. Using small words and hand puppets please explain this to me. I do not understand how he cannot believe in God.

Date: 2009-09-19 02:12 am (UTC)Which goes back to his having no formal instruction on God and why the world is the way it is. It's not because God doesn't care or Satan's on the prowl for souls, it's because humanity exercises free will. On the front of what's going on with the Apocalypse, unless he's incapacitated (ala Dogma), God's well aware of what's going on, but needs the events to play out in order for it to end the way it must (ala The Fall of Man, i.e. Paradise Lost).
