Sure Jared and Jensen are sharing/splitting a mortgage but has Jensen officially adopted Harley and Sadie? Did Jared get the papers so that Jensen could sign them. Was there a little dorky schmoopy ceremony with cupcakes and special treats for the dogs? Was Clif there and did he roll his eyes and call them girls? Maybe it happened the night the two of them, Kerr Smith and Danneel Harris all went to see MBV and Kerr and Danneel acted as witnesses ... does one even need a witness when adopting a dog? I don't know. I'm thinking probably not.

I need answers!

I don't think I could write something like that. But I can picture Jared telling Jensen to 'stand there and act like this is one of the greatest days of your life, dammit.' and Jensen groaning a little. 'I already consider myself their other dad, it doesn't matter if I sit or stand.' And Jared's all, 'Yeah, but you'll upset the kids if you seem all grumpy. 'Sides I need you smiling for the family picture.'

I don't think you need witnesses. I just think you need someone to be like 'tack 'Ackles' to the end of 'Harley and Sadie Padalecki' in legal forms. But you know, they would have the mini party. Because it's them, and mostly Jared had planned for that sort of thing.

If you want the ~SERIOUS~ answer, it's that you can't really adopt a dog because they're property. Poor dogs. At least in the US and I'm going to guess that Canada law is similar on the subject.

Nah, she's still labouring under the false notion that eventually Jensen will consider her 'his' best friend and lover and that he'll marry her. Waiting patiently for that to happen doesn't include more ties to Jared via adoption. Poor, hot girl. *pets her*
