I TOTALLY know the comic routine and movie you're talking about. I listen to this Canadian comedy station on XM, and I heard Oswalt talking about it.

I actually really like the Canadian station. I don't always understand the jokes, however, as I have very little understanding of Nova Scotia.

There are about five stations I flip between, and the Canadian station has good comics. (I like the Canadians - they're nice!) I'm a little sick of some of the American comic tropes and the Canadian station doesn't play frickin Larry the Cable guy every five minutes. Also, it's funny when they make fun of the US.

Sometimes the humor's a little regional, though, and then I have to sadly flip away because I don't know what they're talking about.
