I chose "probably not" because nothing has seemed to deter his manslutty ways and I like to think that, like a boyscout, he is always prepared. If he has gotten something, then it was something he could clear up pretty quick with penicillin and he has never made the mistake that led to said STD again.
HOWEVER, what's more important than whether or not he's had an STD is the image of John giving him The Talk after he realizes Dean's been noticing girls. I'd like to think that the lecture was both terrifying and also horribly embarrassing for Dean (probably reminiscent of whatever lecture John got in the military) and afterwards when Sammy asked him what John wanted to talk to him about he just turned beet red and gave him a wedgie.
