Ahahahaha. Every Dean girl on the internet is going to somehow find this post now and kill my belief that fandom can be sensible.
I'm sure when he was small Sam was always getting things from Dean second hand; old clothes, old weapons, old toys. Dean's totally willing to pass on his STDs too. He's a good older brother like that.
I actually would find it hilarious if Dean managed to never catch anything and Sam got an STD his "first time out", so to speak. I can just picture Sam getting extremely pissy because WTF he wasn't a total slut like his brother, he was saving himself for college and look what happens! Hehehehe.
