if you haven't read this jared/jensen fic - designs on you, you probably should. jared is dildo and jensen is friends with chad.

I live in Canada. I was born in Canada. I was raised in Canada. Mom and Grandparents both from Canada.

And yet, several times people have commented on my English accent, a few on my Scottish accent, once on my Irish accent. I've been asked once if I have a New Zealand accent and the new manager at work asked if I was Spanish. A friend who I've sent a few whatsapp voice messages to said that I sound like Jane Seymour.

I know that we don't hear our voices the way others hear them, but I'm fairly certain that I don't sound like any of the above. I mean, I like the idea of sounding foreign but I honestly don't understand it.

I'm okay at napping.

I'm excellent at accidental napping aka: falling asleep in front of the computer / watching a movie / whenever I don't want to sleep

But when it comes to bedtime, when I'm in my warm comfortable bed and I want to sleep. Nada. I mean, after a bit sure. But the sleep itself is pretty shit and I wake up several times.

And that really gets my goat.

It's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to the future when we're all part robots. This way, I (we) can just recharge.

customer: are you making any resolutions?
me: [laughs] no. do you have any?
customer: I'm thinking of starting smoking. Might try gambling and I'm going to drink more.
me: good on you.

and then this tweet has some good ones. I think my favourite of them is "change everything."

hmm.

the other day on twitter i mentioned that my new year goal was going to be post on livejournal at least twice a month. (i don't want to set my goals too high)

it's not yet the new year and i've already made a few posts.

either i'm building momentum or i'm going to run out of steam.

hopefully the former.

there's not a lot of activity on my end of livejournal so it makes it easy to keep up with.

maybe i'll be able to keep with that goal.

so uh. yeah.

perhaps you like jared/jensen stories. maybe you're out walking the dog or even doing a bit of grocery shopping and your mind starts to wander. and you think to yourself, 'huh. i wonder how others would imagine dragons having sex... hey! what if jared and jensen were dragons and THEY had sex. manalive, that'd be great.'

if any of these thoughts have ever been in your head, you should probably read building sandcastles.

so are they going to tell us what happened to / with Agent Coulson on the show or do you think they'll drag it out and reveal it in one of the movies?
