I'm afraid I have to disagree Michelle. Both of those pictures are clearly an invasion of his privacy, even if the second one was taken by a professional photographer and is part of a photo shoot.

I think the people who find these types of pictures hot are kind of despicable and really, it's the kind of behavior I might expect from a howler monkey.
