It's at the end of... Bad Day At Black Rock, right after the Winchesters realize that Bela took their whatever and Dean says "son of a bitch".

Don't be, sometimes I'm just so bored that I keep checking my email even though I haven't written anyone or haven't commented on any entries, but I still want mail.
