Much like the way people who tattoo their significant others' names on their body and then break up a week later, I think they'll finally get snapped together - and break up the next day.

Likely due to Jensen freaking out over the exposure and Danneel getting gleeful that more people will know her name.

There may or may not be angry sex with Jared and Sandy involved.

I don't know who's angry and who's sexing, but Jared+Sandy +Jensen+Angry sex makes me really happy.

I was surprised you voted for the first option but seeing why, well it makes sense. I voted for it but mine's more wishful thinking. I guess I can see them breaking up soon after the picture is taken - but not for the reasons you mentioned, One Tree Hill's got a pretty big following, I think lots of people already know her name.
