Maybe she was trying to be all slutty/sexy for her boyfriend one Halloween and knocked on his door wearing that and was all, 'Hey, babe. I went trick-or-treating for you and look what I found.' And he stood there and looked her up and down and then laughed and laughed. She glared and huffed, 'Yeah, well, I'm sure someone will find this dress sexy and hot.' and stormed off and she's been wearing it ever since waiting for someone to comment on how hot it is.
