--Isn't that just a tad bit insulting? Just a little? I mean as much as I and others love Jensen he's not exactly a big shot Hollywood actor.

--Uhm. What? He grew up in a southern state. She grew up in a southern state. And uh, that's their connection? That's the thing he chooses to say is what they have in common? I'm afraid I'm not feeling the love.

Also, with his "similar home" bit, isn't that how he describes his and Jared's relationship? Only when it's about Jared he doesn't (IMO) come off sounding like a jerk.

In conclusion.

Jensen wants to date Jared. But we already knew that.

As someone who's kept up with him since those early "Days" days, I will say that he's opened up MUCH more ever since meeting Jared. So that's something. It used to be like, crickets.

Yeah, I've only known who Jensen is since March 2006 (I watched him on Smallville, but didn't care for his character, and I started watching Supernatural in March '06) , so everything I've seen of him is, well, all together at once. :P

It is interesting to me, though, to read stuff about Jensen hiding in dressing rooms at Days conventions, compared to how he is now. He's definitely opened up drastically over the last two years and that is SO DEFINITELY attributed to Jared.

I'm reminded of that fan report (http://forums.televisionwithoutpity.com/index.php?showtopic=3132514&st=7455&p=6410707&#entry6410707) from Paley, about how Jensen was freaking out, then so damn RELIEVED when he found Jared. (I don't necessarily like the source, 'cause he's kind of pompous, but I trust him not to exaggerate, so I completely believe this.)

"Dean guards Sam. Jared guards Jensen."
