And then Dan died.

And Keith was there. Keith was there to take him to heaven.

Dan: I know where you're going but what about me?
Keith: Don't worry, little brother. You're my plus one.

*bawls*

I stopped watching when Lucas and Peyton left, it just wasn't the same and I couldn't get into the new characters. When it's finished and all on Netflix, I'll watch the rest of it for sure, though.
