I like that there's quite a few effects, overlays and borders to choose from but the actual picture quality doesn't seem as good as Instagram.

The rest of the effects aren't that great but if you need that, you can always lighten/do contrast with PicSay, save the picture and use one of the other apps for effects. MAGIX Camera MX is even better with contrast/light...
