Importing and Exporting Bookmarks

I had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. I have lost all of my bookmarks. This makes me sad. A lot of them (but not all) are also over on Google Chrome.

How do I take them from Google Chrome and add them to Firefox? I'm thinking this is a simple procedure. But I cannot figure it out. :/

Please. Help.

There should be a way to export your bookmarks to a HTML file that you can then import to FF. I want to say that's under File...maybe Bookmarks?
