I downloaded Grizzly Rage because Tyler Hoechlin was it.

What a complete shit movie.

Don't watch it. Ever.

And if you have epilepsy or are prone to seizures definitely do not watch it.

Or if you just don't want a headache or to be annoyed by the really awesome strobe light effects ... don't watch it.

If you're a fan of one of the actors in the movie, find something else they're in.

I was looking at imdb and someone said the grizzly bear was the best actor in the movie and they were not wrong.

I've only seen Tyler in Teenwolf and I don't think he's bad on the show and I'm sure the others aren't normally bad either. But in this?

Not. Good.

So to sum up, in case you missed the point of this post: Do Not Watch Grizzly Rage.

Oh, wait. I know somethings are supposed to be more scary when you can't see what's happening ... but when you can't see anything and then there's bad strobe light flashes and well, it's not good and when you have the attractive guy take off his shirt and you can't even see that?! What's the point?

I mentioned on twitter that I'm waiting for a horror movie that's just noises in pitch black. You'd hear some screaming. Heavy breathing. Grunting (non sexual). Maybe the occasional, 'Oh my God." / "The fuck was that!" / Etc. The credits would be, You may have recognized the breathing talents of ... I dunno, Matt Cohen.

Yeah...

Now, I'm watching Hanna because I bought the dvd the other day and I know that I like the movie.

"I just missed your heart."

I tried to watch that movie for the exact same reason. I didnt make it as far as it sounds like you did.

Paying dues is hard, eh? You could always DL his 7thHeaven episodes, although I found his 'Martin' rather insufferable.

How is Hanna? I've been wanting to see it.

I watched all of it, just hoping that they'd all die at the end.

I can't do that ... at least not yet. I'd have to watch the whole series and I don't really want to.

I love Hanna a lot. I don't think it's all that plotty but I like the action and violence of it.

god help me, I'd watch it. Not the Grizzly Rage thing - not after that review, lol - but this, as horror movies of all kinds are my weakness. Even the low,low budget ones (think Killer Clowns from Space) but only if I have someone to make fun of it with me.

Someone on twitter said that they'd watch it as well. When I posted it, I was being silly and sarcastic - thinking a movie like that would be complete shit but now ... Now? I don't know. Maybe it wouldn't be quite as bad as I first pictured.

LoL! Grizzly Rage WAS SO SO BAD!!! I totally agree. I've watched movies for certain actors/actresses and then wish I never did. :x

I enjoyed Hanna - but the ending was just a blah ending for me. But all together the movie was very well done :)

Unbelievably bad. Why do people agree to do these things? I mean, I get that they probably need money but surely there was something else better out there.

I dunno, I think I liked the ending, I know I liked it more than the alternative ending. Which I didn't get, though to be fair I was half asleep when I saw it.

My theory is that watching [MOVIE] because [ACTOR IN A FAVORITE TV SHOW] was in it almost always results in you having watched a terrible movie. The exception is when the actor had a well-established career before joining the cast of said show. This is a refinement of an earlier theory that stated that any movie featuring a former Buffy cast member will probably be a terrible movie.

Well, I knew that it would be bad I mean it's named Grizzly Rage I just didn't realize how bad.

You think that all movies with Buffy cast are terrible? Really? Interesting.

No, I just think *most* of them are terrible, and even the ones that might make it on to a list of the ten best films featuring a former Buffy cast member are more likely to be guilty pleasures than actually good.
