I love the father/daughter relationship they have! And it's amusing when you know Charlaine Harris wished she'd have thought to give Bill a progeny in the books. :D

Nope. The show is WILDLY different from the books. Something that shits fangirls more this season than any prior (Bill's supposed to be in Peru but that wouldn't make sense as the reason he was wasn't part of his show SL). Mainly I get irritated with character presentation. Sophie-Anne was my faaaaaaaaaaave vamp in the books, but her show counterpart was AWFUL. I couldn't believe how badly they messed her up. Sooooo glad they killed her off this season.
