Sometimes I like to fantasize that a conversation like this has taken place -

Kripke: Hey, Sera ... Remember when I told you that you were going to be the show-runner and you said you had plans for the show to be like how it was in season one? Yeah, when you uh, said that I thought you meant the first season of my fucking show and not some jacked-up crack version of Highway to fucking Heaven!
Sera: Erm, well ...
Kripke: If we get a seventh season, fix this shit.
Sera: Yessir.

I feel like the only one who doesn't think it needs fixed. There have been episodes that aren't my favorite this season but I'm enjoying the season as a whole. To quote hold_onhope: "If I had any doubts about the film noir thing they're going for this season, they're gone. Confession-style voice over? Check and mate."

I don't think you're alone, I'm almost positive there are lots out there enjoying it and I think maybe I'd like it if I liked Castiel and if I wasn't told that they'd be going back to how Season One was.
