Well, depends on who you cut. When I do a friends cut I usually cut the ones who never update their journal, so I don't think they would even notice. And the others are people I added once but we don't have anything to say to each other so they don't mind either. Why should I feel bad if no one comments? Or did I misunderstood your question?
