The entire thing reeked of the same OMWF and... oh, lord, the name, the one where they all wake up with amnesia because of Willow and her forgetting spell for Tara, and also Something Borrowed, Something Blue (that was the title, right?). They all FELT the same, and Dean's and Sam's reactions to EVERYTHING was so reminiscent of Xander, and OMG I MISS BUFFY.
That quote - is that from when she met the Original Slayer? I can't quite place it - but now that you bring that up, wow, it's such a sharp contrast, the way Buffy was after she was brought back from Heaven, and how Dean is after Hell.

Dale was the character that guy played on The Riches with Eddie Izzard, lol. I kept thinking, Nawwwww, that can't be him, he's better than Supernatural, and then I thought OMG BLASPHEMY, HOW DARE YOU THINK THAT OF SHOW, but then I remembered, Hey, he worked with Eddie and Minnie, and...SO I GOT EXCITED.
More Buffy-isms...that whole last bit with the hero gets the girl thing...it's SO Spike...but then that would make it Angel, rather than Buffy...
Hmm. AND - AND SPIKE AND ANGEL! On the thingie, the scooter vespa thingie? That's what it was! Yes, more Angel than Buffy, except for where the whole episode was Joss-ish.
