Maybe back at the motel room Sam is sitting at the table and he takes a bite and says, "Thanks Dean. This pie is really good." And Dean says. "Yeah ... Don't mention it." Sam asks, "Do you want a bite Dean?" Dean looks up all hopeful like. "Uh, sure." Then he goes over to the table and Sam smooshes the pie in Dean's face. Dean starts yelling at Sam but Sam kisses him to shut him up and blah blah blah.
