I don't know who that is, but that's really cool. Celebrities who avoid their fans, don't read fan mail, etc etc etc drive me INSANE. It's the same as retail workers needing to be nice to their customers -- it's not a 24/7 thing, but when they're there, do your best, or you won't have a store.
