In the caption area you can see the HMTL button (it's the last one on the right), click on it and a pop up window will open. Write your test in this window between and then click on Update :)
In most of the tumblr themes you can see (via username) that is the person you reblogged from and (originally or source username) that is the original source. Sometimes it shows at the main pager or at the "permalink" page this is a permalink page
