It is ridiculous how many negative tweets she gets because of who she is and who she's married to but. She's only helping and encouraging them by replying. She'd probably be a lot better off she used the block button or used it more often.
I remember enjoying The Gift of Fear but I'm not remembering how it would be beneficial to her and people saying mean things. Unless the two are not related.
I think you should send her the tweets hitting on her.
