I would have LOVED to see Sam punching Dean and knocking him down to his ass. Dean would have deserved it so much. If roles were reversed, Sam would be spotting a bloody nose right now.
I don't get the title at all. Usually it's pretty clear what the title's referring to. But this time? No effing clue. :-/
