I was thinking they were meaning it in the old slasher film way. Since the evil!Sam and evil!Dean were basically the psycho killer characters from slasher films. A few of those scenes felt like Natural Born Killers. Maybe not slasher film in the accepted sense, but in the pure sense of the words? Yeah. Definitely.
