What's going to happen to Lauren now that her master is disposed? Do slaves get buried with their owner like in Egypt? (assuming he dies). If he wakes up can he be Ash again? I imagine new crap Ash will wont to get rid of those loyal to the old regime.
As for the Blood King, I think Trick is THE Blood King, of myth, and Dyson knew, and Bo and Kenzi found out because of all the fuss about Efae or however you spell her name. I get the feeling Trick was a big time ruler thousands of years ago. Even by fae standards that's a long time.
