I missed a lot of things and I understood even less so this was probably an obvious thing ...

Where were really real Jared and Jensen? Shouldn't there have been a real Jared and Jensen?

Or did the angels 'take care' of them?

I thought they just took over their bodies. Since they went slamming through the window at the exact same time as the real Jared and Jensen.
