This has a little to do with this ep but mostly its about the promo for the next ep.

So far it seems like everyone thinks that Sam's being a douche.

Oh, joys! Everyone gets to tell Dean The Truth.

I really hope there's a conversation that goes a little something like ...

Dean: Sam, c'mon man. Tell me what's wrong?
Sam: When you were in Hell you were a pissy little bitch. But when I was hell? I was King, baby. I ruled down there, the world was my oyster so to speak. I don't know who or what brought me back here but walking around pretending that I care about you, about the world is tiring.
Dean: You're not Sam.
Sam: I am. You want the truth, Dean. And this is it. I'm going back there someday but before I do? I'm going to tear your soul from your throat.
Dean: I'd like to see you try.
Sam: I'm bigger, stronger and faster than you, Dean. I'm better than you.


Of course if something like that did happen I'm not really sure why Dean would still want to travel around with Sam but then maybe it'd be the whole keep your enemies close situation.

How about that part when Dean was, "You have my back, don't you?" And Sam's, "*long pause, thinking it over, playing some mental Solitare, curing cancer* Yeah." I LOL'd.

I was never even a Sam girl, but this nonsense they've been doing with him the last TWO YEARS is so old, it has arthritis.

I just feel like the whole '____ Winchester has a BIG SECRET HOMG' thing has long since worn out its welcome. I'm not totally back in love with Dean by any means but Sam is giving me serious eyeroll right now.

The Sam paying for hookers thing...the only two reasons I could come up with to explain that shit was either a) he's gone so far into his OCD!terminator mode that he wants his nookie on an exact schedule or b) he wants the be able to get rougher in bed and is paying for that "luxury."

So I think somehow in my drunken/exhausted stupor of this weekend I read this before seeing the episode for whatever reason so when I finally watched it I expected an exchange like this at the end and was sorely let down when it didn't happen because this is so much cooler than whatever the hell will end up happening and we all know it. Also why is all this dialogue familiar who has said it befoooooooooooore.
