certainthings: (Sam and Dean are fucking)

I'm tired and have a headache, I was hungry when I watched the ep. All of this might account for the really non positive review of this ep. Or maybe it was just not a good ep.

All right, obviously I have not gone through any of these things that these characters have gone through. However ...

The men at the beginning. I don't know but if my face was peeling off like that or if I saw someone's face peeling off, I'd react a bit more strongly than just 'Oh, dear. Ho-hum, ho-hum.' But then maybe that was part of the magic? *shrugs*

Sam paying for hookers? Seriously? No, but seriously? That has to be the most unrealistic things Show has ever shown. Ever.

"Were you racing me?"
"No, I was kicking your ass."

Or however that went. Yeah, uhm. Really? If Dean were still upset and/or angry with Sam for not telling him that he was alive, I'd get that. But being all childish just seems stupid. At least so soon after, "I WANTED MY BROTHER ALIVE!"

Erm. Other stuff happened.

All right then. The end.

Dean finally asked Sam if he was okay. Only ... it didn't seem like Dean really cared more like Jensen was reading words off a page.
And as for Sam's, "I'm peachy keen, jelly bean." answer. I honestly cannot tell if that was Sam being a horrible liar or Jared being a bad actor and it's really annoying me.

Ugh, this ep made me so damn cranky. I want to kick everybody in the shins.

* * * *

Lines from other shows that made me think of Supernatural. In a good way.

Langston: Let's go hunt some monsters.

Bridgette: This is my favourite part, where you say something so dumb no one else knows what to say.

Okay, perhaps that last one is a bit snarky.
