The keywords show up for me for like...3 seconds before the pic loads but then I can't see them anymore. But...I don't think there's any way for someone to prevent others from being notified about new icons lol I suppose if you don't want others to steal your icons, you have to put a note saying so on your userpics page (in the keywords area)
Personally, idc if someone says "don't steal this~!"
