Dean bumps into Sam randomly. Dean freaks out. Thinks Lucifer is out of his cage. Sam tells him to calm down. Tells Dean that it's him. Dean asks how long. Sam tells him a couple months. Dean punches Sam in the face. Sam smiles sadly. Says, 'You were happy.' Dean glares. 'I was never happy.' Sam laughs a little. 'You don't have to lie, Dean.' Dean calls him an idiot. 'I was surviving because I made a promise to you.'
