as for what it's all about? i have no idea. jacob seems petty and selfish. MIB seems...well, just plain selfish, but with better reasons. knowledge. i like knowledge seekers better than i like the faithful. i'm hoping the knowledge seeking spirit of the MIB became one with THE LIGHT and that's what created the smoke monster. ya know...i've always thought the smoke monster was mostly good. and jacob was mostly evil.
im very afraid that whatever the answer is, is not going to meet my expectations! :)
