buyo105 and i were just talking about this the other day, so i am just going to copy from our conversation because i am lazy:
if you right click and go under capture, does yours say frame extract or i think the old one said something simpler like screen capture or frame capture? it was something that made you think you were grabbing screen caps anyway. if it's frame extract - i usually pick continuously under numbers to extract and then under frames to extract the button under every frame where it's got the options for how many + every # frame, otherwise it'll grab a billion.
