I don't think Cas got the whole "pulling someones' pigtails" idea right. Kidding, he was totally a BAMF. I loved it. It wasn't just a necessary episode, we deserved it.
(And as for the Lucifer thing, I think actually Lucy being in Sam's body would mean bye-bye Sam [that's what Michael implied in 5x13? when he said he wouldn't leave his vessel a vegetable "unlike (his) brothers" which would include Lucy, right?)
