I just don't really understand the point of going back - they already did that like the "THEN" showed and as Castiel said, "All roads lead to the same destination." so, uhm. Why'd they do it? After Dean was all, 'We gots to go back, yo.' Why didn't Castiel say something like, 'Hey, Deano. Remember when I sent you back in time before because I was bored and how you didn't actually do anything except get frustrated? Good times I mean for me but uh ... the same thing would happen this time around even if Sam were with us.'
