TBH, I'd at least loved for them to have 'Salvation' go different and maybe have John die in the cabin and then see what would happen but if we're going to change a bit, I wonder if they could have changed things in 'Bedtime Stories' and have Sam make a deal with his soul in exchange for Dean's or something and then.. yeah [totally not going to go off on a tangent] but each one he could end up saving Dean and although it probably would've cost him they equal no Castiel.
SERIOUSLY. At least Lucifer said he wasn't going to lie or trick him like everyone else around him. I'm down for him slapping people because it's getting annoying and insane. EVERYONE HAD THEIR HAND IN THE APOCALYPSE COOKIE JAR, SPN WRITERS. It wasn't just Sam. It was EVERYBODY.
Sometimes, I think the fans keep better track than the people working on the show which what is that all about? Hmmpf.
