I dunno.. the writers didn't even give the viewers any clues that Kutner was feeling less than perfect, he's been so on the ball the last few eps.. You want to trust House's instincts on the whole murder thing, but Wilson & Cameron brought up good points on why House was feeling this way, his not wanting to deal.
You're right, I definitely hope he wanted to leave and wasn't fired. But he seems like such a great guy, I have no idea why he'd be fired.
