Stop acting like Sam can't possibly ever understand anything and that he doesn't have feelings of his own (well, according to Show I suppose he doesn't) and that he should just shut up and stop trying to get you to let some of that inner pain out. You're still treating him like a child...
And, really, Dean will tell complete strangers about how he's feeling, but not, and never, Sam? Drives me nuts. He's acting like Sam hasn't suffered at all, and like he doesn't care that Sam might have suffered while he was dead -- and it was his own selfish fault -- and that feels OOC to me. Dean is, first and foremost, a protector, particularly when it comes to Sam, yet that's not the impression I got from those last two minutes.
