You said it. The truly sad thing is that there was another Proposition that was for treatment of animals that came out in favor of the animals by a HUGE percentage. To clarify, I did vote yes for that prop, since I feel that animal rights ARE important, but it makes me sad that more people in this state voted only for animal rights and not for HUMAN rights as well.
